Yes, it is unbelievable that HCC has refused to comply with our Collective Bargaining Agreement that outlines the grievance procedure, which the IFT followed. There are 4 ULPs that were filed earlier this summer regarding this issue. Currently, we are waiting on a ruling from the labor board.
The IFT continues to put their resources behind this issue so that Heartland Community College adjunct faculty can be assured of equitable employment conditions.
